They really went above and beyond! I could tell the staff was super excited for his surprise as they whispered to me at check in that they set up the room for him with big smiles on their faces. I wrote in the special requests that we were celebrating a birthday, not expecting anything really, besides maybe a balloon and card. What made this stay top notch is the customer service. This location is very clean from what we’ve seen common areas and rooms alike. It’s also conveniently located next to a large mall/ shopping center with lots of dining options, including Dave and Busters and Medieval Times.

It’s about a 20/30 min drive to the inner harbor area, totally doable if you have a vehicle. We opted to save some money by staying at this location outside the city. Our family came up from Virginia for a weekend to celebrate our sons 10th birthday in Baltimore.
